Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 200 grams chicken or vegetables (as per preference)
- 2 tablespoons Aachi Chettinadu Biryani Masala Paste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil or ghee
- 2 cups water
- Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Prep the Rice
- Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20-30 minutes. Drain before cooking.
Cook the Meat/Vegetables
- Heat oil or ghee in a large pan or pressure cooker.
